Product Description:
SR-HB28 is a mixture of various environmentally friendly aromatic hydrocarbon polymer resins. This additive improves the uniformity of mixing of rubbers with different polarities and viscosities. At processing temperatures, this additive is a softened and viscous resin that wets the surface of inorganic fillers, allowing for better dispersion and mixing of inorganic fillers with rubber, resulting in a more uniform and compact rubber compound. This additive reduces Mooney viscosity, decreases roll release tendency, and increases extrusion rate without increasing extrusion swelling, maintaining calendering consistency over time.
Application Areas:
Tires, conveyor belts, and various rubber products. SR-HB28 is not suitable for light-colored rubber compounds.
Usage:
1. The granular form is easy to weigh and mix. To ensure uniform dispersion, it is recommended to add it at the beginning of the mixing process.
2. Dosage: 4-15 phr

Storage:
SR-HB28 should be stored in a cool, dry place below 35°C. Under these conditions, the storage life is one year. Higher temperatures may cause caking, but this does not affect its performance.
